Whole-Wheat Bread Baking Class – One-on-One

If you’ve tried baking bread in the past and have been disappointed with the results, this class is the perfect choice for you. Making bread using a bread mixer may seem intimidating at first, but I’m here to tell you that if someone (like me!) shows you in a hands-on fashion how it’s done, you will be an expert in no time. I offer one-on-one private lessons on how to use your Bosh bread mixer.  At the end of class, you’ll be surprised and proud to say “I did it!.” The investment is well worth it and will last you a lifetime! Classes are typically held in my home, but if you already own a Bosch and have most of the accessories, I can come to you. To pay for your class fee and schedule a day/time, visit my shop.

Whole-Wheat Bread Baking Class – Group Option

Do you and some of your friends want to do this in a group setting? That works too! If you already have the equipment for bread baking (listed below), you can host a Simply Wheat Bread Baking Party with 4 other friends. I’ll bring the ingredients for one batch of delicious whole wheat bread and a handout for each participant with instructions on how to make my signature Simply Wheat 100% Whole Wheat Bread.

If you don’t have all the equipment, no worries! You can still organize the group and we could have it at my house. Easy peasy!

As a host, your class fee is waived. It can’t get any better than that! To make things even easier for you, have your participants visit simplywheatbread.com/shop to pay for their class fee. Once your participants pay their fees, we can discuss a day and time to have the party and you’ll get to communicate that to the group. Fun, right? What I’ll provide to make a batch of five (5) loaves of 100% whole wheat bread:

White Wheat Kernels, Olive Oil, Dough Enhancer, Powdered Milk, Vital Wheat Gluten, Honey, Salt, SAF yeast.

If you don’t own bread pans, I recommend investing in good quality ones–like the Norpro brand. They are the perfect length and height for your bread to achieve the “mushroom” look every bread baker loves. Also, if you don’t have the needed equipment and accessories, we could arrange to have a session in my own home. We’ll figure it out!
