Whole-Wheat Bread Baking Classes

Participating in a whole-wheat bread baking class is the best way to have a hands-on experience with bread baking.

Private Bread Baking Class

Whole-wheat bread baking–If you’ve tried whole wheat bread baking bread in the past and have been disappointed with the results, this class is the perfect choice for you. Making bread using a bread mixer may seem intimidating at first, but I’m here to tell you that if someone (like me!) shows you in a hands-on fashion how it’s done, you will be an expert in no time. I offer one-on-one private lessons on how to use your Bosh bread mixer. I’ll also provide you with a very informative handout including some of my favorite recipes, along with a convenient reference guide to help you remember all the steps. All you need to provide is the equipment and accessories listed below, and I’ll bring the ingredients needed to make one batch of delicious whole wheat bread. Of course, you get to keep all five loaves of bread (which you can freeze and defrost beautifully in the microwave). At the end of class, you’ll be surprised and proud to say “I did it!.” The investment is well worth it and will last you a lifetime! To sign up, visit my shop.

Group Bread Baking Class

Do you and some of your friends want to do this in a group setting? That works too! If you already have the equipment for bread baking (listed below), you can host a Simply Wheat Bread Baking Party with 4 other friends. I’ll bring the ingredients for one batch of delicious whole wheat bread, a handout for each participant including some of my favorite recipes, and a reference guide to help you and your participants remember all the bread baking steps!

As a host, your participant fee is waived. It can’t get any better than that! To make things easier, have your participants visit simplywheatbread.com/shop to pay for their class fee. Once your participants pay their fees, we can discuss a day and time to have the party and you’ll get to communicate that to the group. If you would like to be a host, don’t hesitate to contact me.

Equipment and Accessories Needed:

Bosch Mixer, Wheat Grinder, Measuring Cups, Measuring Spoons, Bread Pans (5), PAM nonstick spray, and a good working oven.

If you don’t have your own equipment, don’t panic!

We can arrange to have either of these sessions in my own home. We’ll figure it out!
